Helper's Schedule

Below is a list of the times when help will be needed. You can divide the times however you like. For example, you can help 2 hours one day and the other 2 hours another day.  You must help a minimum of 4 hours.  Please let me know if you have health concerns which prevent you from standing or lifting!

When you have decided which times are best for you, please call or e-mail me. I will send a confirmation via e-mail or postcard.  The helper schedule is "first-come, first-serve."  If a time slot fills up, I'll ask you to pick another.

NOTE:  If you are unable to work the time you commit to work and you do not find someone to fill your time, you will receive 50% commission instead of 70%.

In an attempt to be fair to everybody, early shopping times are scheduled according to how many hours you help.  If you:

Help 4 hours-shop at 4:00pm on Sunday, September 12th
Help 6 hours-shop at 3:00pm on Sunday, September 12th
Help 8 hours-shop at 2:00pm on Sunday, September 12th
Help 10 hours-shop at 1:00pm on Sunday, September 12th

SPECIAL:  If you help sort back items on Saturday, September 18th, from 3 p.m. until we are finished (or until 11 p.m.), you can shop before anyone at 12:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 12st!  Moms who are pregnant are strongly discouraged from helping during this time. However, your husbands or mothers may help in your place.

Wednesday (September 8th)- Drop Off/Organize (Please do not volunteer for this time if you are too tempted to shop!)
    (3:00 p.m.- 7:00 p.m.)

Thursday (September 9th)- Drop Off/Organize (Please do not volunteer for this time if you are too tempted to shop!)
    (10:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m.)

Friday (September 10th)- Drop Off/Organize (Please do not volunteer for this time if you are too tempted to shop!)
    (12:00 p.m.- 8:00 p.m.)

Sunday (September 12th)- Early Shopping for Helpers
    (12:00 p.m.- 7:00 p.m.)

Monday (September 13th)- Pre-sale
    (6:00 p.m.- 10:00 p.m.)

Tuesday (September 14th)- Sale
    (12:00 p.m.- 7:00 p.m.)

Wednesday (September 15th)- Sale
    (10:00 a.m.- 7:00 p.m.)

Thursday (September 16th)- Sale
    (10:00 a.m.- 7:00 p.m.)

Friday (September 17th)- Sale
    (11:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.)
    *6:00 p.m.: Early ½ Price Shopping- For those helping Friday from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. or Saturday between 10:00 a.m. & 3:00 p.m.!

Friday (September 17th)- Early 1/2 Price Sale for Consignors Only!
    (7:00 p.m.- 9:00 p.m.)

Saturday (September 18th)- 1/2 Price Sale / Sort Back
    (10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. -  1/2 Price Sale)  (3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. - sort back items into numbers.)

Sunday (September 19th) - Check out / Pickup / Clean Up
                                     (3:00 p.m.- 6:00 p.m.)
