How to Participate

Shop

  • You don't need to contribute any items to shop during the Public Sale.

Consign

  • Contributors shop the Presales.
  • Contact me and I'll assign you a consignor number.  Or Get A Number Online!
  • Bring a minimum of 15 items and shop early at the contributors' presale.
  • Only bring items in great condition and freshly laundered. Please check your clothing for stains, tears, missing buttons, odors such as smoke, etc. before you come. Items in poor condition will not be displayed for sale.
  • You determine the price of your items. A good rule is 1/3 of retail. Price them like you were buying them yourself.
  • Please bring your clothes sorted into boy and girl stacks, and sorted by size.
  • You keep 70% of the selling price!
  • A $7.75 participation fee will be deducted from your check.  It is needed to help cover a small portion of the operating costs, which include postage, advertising, licensing, insurance, labor, rent, supplies, storage and many more.  It is hard to imagine all that goes into a sale like this, and there seems to be something new every year!
  • Unsold items not picked up during the scheduled pick-up time will be donated to Lifehouse, the Family Resource Center, or other charity. You will not be called and reminded of pickup, so please put this on your calendar. If you are unable to pick up at this time, please make arrangements for a friend to pick up your remaining items for you.

  • I need lots of help during the sale and appreciate your assistance.
  • Those who are interested in helping shop the day before Presale depending on the hours worked.
